This was supposedly reliable and very fast.
Now I wanted my RAM to 8GB upgrade and have decided on these Corsair DDR3 RAM kit.
For 8GB of course, a 64-bit operating system is required because only 32 bits max. Can manage 3.7 GB of memory.
The Corsair memory makes a good impression.
The heatsinks are not oversized and make the installation no (space) problems.
For me the installation went well right away and work.
I just had in my Bios motherboards (Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3), set the clock speed manually to 1600MHz, since the automatic detection realized only 1333MHz.
The Corsair memory my computer now runs subjectively still a bit faster (eg noticeable when opening "Picasa").
The Windows Experience Index of RAM has also risen from 7.3 (Kingston) to 7.5.
Conclusion:
I would buy the kit once again!
From my clear recommendation!
Addendum 02.01.2012:
Meanwhile, I have upgraded my PC to an Intel i5-2500K.
For this I have also chosen a Gigabyte board and although the "Z68MA-D2H-B3".
The memory remained the same course.
Here I had to manually set the BIOS to 1600MHz also again.
After that I had a Windows Experience Index of memory of 7.8!
