Compare:
I first tried it without a cover, a slight improvement was evident for me -> previously hardly / 3g hard, now often 3g and sometimes even LTE.
Then I compared it directly with a 5c, the same vendors etc and previously the same reception -> side by side with the cell phone shell has now and then better reception as the 5c without shell. As well as telephone and Internet.
Conclusion:
Conditionally recommendable, as it achieved in my experience a small increase (see comparison)
However, many of you will have a higher expectation. It's no wonder envelope, but helpful.
