* ERGO Direkt conducts its services RTS services from ([...]), which in turn send the smartphone to the company SmartMod for repair. So you have no direct contact with ERGO.
* My phone came after 2 weeks repair time back but again broken with a crack in the display elsewhere. after renewed contact you promised to treat me preferably within one week but it took nearly another 3 weeks until the smartphone back then, was a total of 5 weeks to arrive.
* Repair was executed well
Conclusion: I recommend this insurance as a new smartphone or even a repair but can be considerably more expensive the service processing of ERGO I felt as bad.
