Since 2009 I have this vacuum sealer in operation and am very happy with it. Only after the years the sealing strip is porous and I have written FoodSaver whether there is a replacement and what it would cost to hire. Then I got no answer. Also, my reminder of a response has not been respected. Thus my three Stewrne. Five stars for the device, not for the service.
