Machine good, Aeroccino well, Nespresso customer service abysmal, dubious business practices

I bought this sg bundle in the Christmas Cashback action in 2014. It was with 70 cashback, for machines with Milchaufschäum function advertised. There have been me but only 30 credited. My e-mail request in this regard to Nespresso I was indeed confirmed on 16 January, but not answered until today. Buying and sending capsules contrast worked very quickly. Amazon relies, upon request, to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nespresso. Nespresso has indeed for the "inconvenience of significant delay the processing of PROMOTION" with 16 Nespresso - capsules apologized, but that was not the reason for my complaint.
