Perhaps an individual case?

Property me yesterday the backpack (Wenger Carbon 43.1 cm (17 inches) Notebook Backpack, black) bought and he was last night even delivered.
I was surprised it, taking out the backpack when, very narrow / flat flippant. What in the "Wenger WA-7329-14 Legacy 39.1 cm (15.4-inch) notebook backpack" was not the case. I had ordered me a few days earlier and so far am to peace vollstens.
However, I needed a bigger backpack.
The 17 '' notebook fits in beautifully.
I am disappointed, but of having the backpack no stability, neither loaded nor unloaded. This is, however, on the inserts which are actually supposed to fold. These are at the Wenger Carbon much too thin, without special padding and crooked.
As documented in some product reviews that Reißverschlüss goes bad on the front and so it can be assumed that the material on the site is broken soon.
Surprised, I was also on the very thin straps. In the other model, these are very well padded, not here unfortunately.

I suppose that this is an isolated case, since there are many positive reviews and I have no difficulty with the smaller model.

Have the backpack of course returned to you because I would definitely spend on it no 72.69 Euro, but no more than 20-30 euros.
