Phil Collins, master of all!

With this music CD it definitely is the essential pop album. Nobody understands it as good as Phil Collins to produce the perfect hit and generate strong emotions. This is especially true for his creative period to 1990 levels.

Here is summarized to date grandest his solo career (1981 - 1998). Starting with his greatest hit Another Day in Paradise (1989), continues with the publication date of "... Hits" new piece of TRUE COLORS (1998), a successful cover of Cyndi Lauper, on we go with the legendary, funky EASY LOVER ( 1984), a duet with Philip Bailey of the band Earth Wind and Fire, after YOU CAN NOT HURRY LOVE follows a great Motown song from 1982, incidentally, a cover of the Supremes with Diana Ross. Then it continues with Two Hearts (1988), the light, summery hit from the movie "Buster", where Phil and even played along and provided the soundtrack.

It continues with the bombastic, Gospel-oriented ballad I WISH IT WOULD RAIN DOWN (1989), which must be mentioned that in the play none other than Eric Clapton played the guitar. It follows one of the most famous and popular Liebesblalladen of Phil, Against All Odds (1984), a song from the eponymous film, then SOMETHING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO HEAVEN, again one of my Collins song favorites (think times to the famous and often used brass intro).

On this album may of course not the beautiful love song Separate Lives (duet with Marilyn Martin from 1985) are missing, also a movie soundtrack success.

After that it gets back with his bombastic 93er Hit BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY and One More Night (1985) it gets back romantically. Clear that here also the Partykracher Sussudio (1985) it must be included, as well as the uptempo number Dance Into The Light (1996), the beautiful ballad A GROOVY KIND OF LOVE (also from the 88s "Buster" -Filmmusik), Phil's debut hit single In The Air Tonight from 1981 (with the legendary drums used in the song middle) and last but not least TAKE ME HOME (1985), which rounds off this perfect pop album.

Phil Collins is a specialist when it comes to music, music master of all with an incredible voice and this is heard on "... Hits" every second!

You remember, I'm thrilled ... and has been for more than 5 years, where I heard this CD over and over again.
