Philips is always well positioned when it comes to audio quality, and this headset is no exception. This is a simple product that does very well what it was designed. The long cord is very convenient to get back from the TV: finished battery status worries (and weight) wireless systems when anyway, it does not move much after the film began. The volume control is ultimately more useful than you might think, because it allows a very fine adjustment after the first level established with the TV remote control. You can always find cheaper, but frankly, for a few euros more you'll be much better served with this sturdy construction paper, high audio quality and accreditation to some use.
