Pixel errors and crashes

(-) A single pixel in the middle of the screen is broken (after 3 months), for me but not annoying, just occurs to me sometimes.
(-) For a few weeks, the screen is rarely detected immediately, use it in continuous operation with my Surface Pro 3 on miniDP and never turn it off, but the unit put on frequently and down. Since I always turn off it at stake is no longer happens.

(+) Phenomenal screen size and resolution, 3 A4 pages side by side Word are not a problem. Really great in Photoshop, Visual Studio and playing.
(+) Built-in USB hub, audio transfer and multiple video inputs: So I put on 2 cable to the surface and have automatically been infected 8 devices (speakers, printer, ..)

The bundled software for automatic window size is poorly resolved because windows when they are moved to an area automatically adapted to the grid and to maximize it. Easily move windows without resizing is therefore no longer possible. Tried briefly and then turned off. Windows has many keyboard shortcuts for fenestration (Windows + Left / Right arrow or right-click on the taskbar (next to / above each other)
