First of all: you can see at first glance that there is not a (or several) quality wooden frame is (plastic as just and correct in the product information given).

Regardless of the workmanship is very good, the desired optical effect (two of these frames staggered side by side in the stairwell) is very nice. For the price definitely a good investment.
