Our son has been given this game to his 2nd birthday and since then we play it with him regularly. At first, it took some time until he understands what he has to do, but now (2.5 years old) he knows about it. It can build the game on its own (the red fruits include, for example on the field with the red mushroom) and understands the rules of the game. A run of the game takes approximately 5 minutes. Initially a play-through requirement for its concentration was sufficient then he then rumgealbert, so a second pass was not feasible. Meanwhile, we play the game 3-4 times in a row by and he will not get bored.
The aim of the game is all four fruit trees to harvest before the raven eats the fruits. There are 4 tree fields on each of 4 fruits in shades of red, yellow, blue or green are. The raven has a way of several pitches along hop to get to the fruit. Each player rolls a large cube and must then either harvest or must continue to put the Ravens a fruit. If the raven reaches the tree before all the fruits are in the fruit basket, the raven has won; Conversely, if the players have won. So you do not play against each other but united against the Ravens. The probability that the Rabe wins here is less than the probability of the player winning. It is therefore disappointed just now and then.
I recommend this game only. The child learns how games work:
- It always goes to the series
- You must not cheat (= rotate the cube on the favorite color)
- Before you can play, everything must be built properly
- Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose
In addition, even the colors used are trained. The game is therefore also very educational value ;-)
