The speakers sound much richer and fuller than the actually not that bad of my ThinkPad. The volume is also good. Of course, a 120m² apartment can therefore not provide sound particularly good, but the radio stations at the desk I have it open and that's just about 33% for me to work too loud (the concentration's sake).
The attachment to the screen works perfectly on ThinkPad E520. Nevertheless, I put them on the left and right of it, I like to cover the screen when I just do not need, and because the speaker in the way would be the machine.
On two other laptops, the result was actually different. On Netbook speakers just keep still good, then squint slightly inward. At 17 "laptop of my neighbor the clips hold not. The key is whether and how much the outside of the screen is rounded. The square, the better the grip.
Installation was foolproof. Plugging in short wait for the hardware detection with the installation is completed and then may select more than standard audio device. Tested under Windows 8.1, Windows Vista.
