plenty of light but also shadow

we bought the plasma TV in November 2013 after my old tube radio after 15 years of failed service.
Of course, this was a quantum leap-we were highly satisfied-great hot super sharp image, the sound is also great, the installation was very easy.
Now the device a half years old-I turned the afternoon is on the TV and I had only a colorful herringbone mosaic as a television image.
-to check the cable connection etc ... definitiv- the error comes from the TV.
So Amazon as a seller-contact there told you to me that I should contact the device manufacturer (Panasonic).
If that would not work, I should again melden-
Amazon told me the device only by a delivery service pick up with packing services and to send-if this is not covered by the guarantee would reward me the forwarding costs as a voucher again.
Oh great, I thought.
So I downloaded the Panasonicvertragsserviceliste and looked for a technical service office in my room -the was Reutlingen.
I called there described on my case and promptly ran everything by itself.
I sent an email the completed repair bill incl. Amazon invoice-one call from a technician for the accurate fault isolation to make and three days later the engineer was with me on the spot !!! and exchanged the Main board.
Super service from Reutlingen of the lady on the phone up to the Cust technician.
Above all, I did not have to send the unit.
The TV is again as before-the error had the technician to date not yet even with this TV.
So perhaps this is an isolated incident.
