we bought the plasma TV in November 2013 after my old tube radio after 15 years of failed service. Amazon invoice-one call from a technician for the accurate fault isolation to make and three days later the engineer was with me on the spot !!! and exchanged the Main board. Super service from Reutlingen of the lady on the phone up to the Cust technician. Above all, I did not have to send the unit. The TV is again as before-the error had the technician to date not yet even with this TV. So perhaps this is an isolated incident.
