Plethora of exercises

Coverage (with volume 2 Analysis: Collection of exercises and checklists volume 2) the first year of analysis at the university (this is the case for the first mathematics at EPFL, Switzerland), it Volume is excellent for practicing analysis through exercises (essential for a successful year).

All exercises are corrected (or have at least the answer when enough is enough). Besides, more than half of the book is taken by solutions.

The reminder of the facts before the exercises is welcome. This book is very well complement ex cathedra (the author has also collaborated in the development of differential and integral Calculus: Real functions of one or several real variables).
