I have already bought the TP-Link TL-PA411KIT V2.0 AV500 Mini Powerline Adapter (500Mbps) to me some time ago. My living room is, however, so far from my Wi-Fi router that I have more than 1 Empfansstrich there, or you do not even a website can call on the phone, without the tear off the Wi-Fi reception. A Wi-Fi amplifier I did not want to buy (bad experiences with it) to me. Then I stumbled upon this article here.

Absolutely do! This article holds true to its promise. Infected - WPS button on the router - run adapter for Wi-Fi and there also press the right button - finished!
Thus, the device takes over the existing wireless configuration together with the router password. The router must support WPS course for this to work at your fingertips. The adapter must be (unlike wireless repeaters) not be in reach of the wireless network. So now I have in the living room 2 network connections for TV and games console and full Wi-Fi reception on mobile / tablet / laptop. Loss of speed there is not with me. To stream movies from the host computer via the power grid on the TV works fine. 1080p HD is reproduced Ruckelfrei, exactly as it should be.

And the processing?

Of course, everything here is made of plastic. But because the part seems not inferior. It is super processed, stable and will not be too hot during operation. The connectors on the underside are easily accessible when the device plugged into the wall outlet.

So anyone who still wants to expand its existing wireless powerline network can strike in any case here. A strong buy recommendation from me.
