Here is my detailed report with another device:

Conclusion:
Under laboratory conditions with constant Prüfmediumgeschwindigkeit the device may well be very accurate, in reality, it looks like many things in life, different. With 3 tests consecutively variable blow speed the device delivered to the 2nd decimal place different results. At slow speed somewhat lower values than with full power out of the lungs.
