After I had scanned a printed page and sent to the dealer, the cartridge is replaced in equal. The printed result is now the same as before and there are also equal more stars.

I have bought this toner early this year and kept him in reserve in my office closet. Now the predecessor (original Samsung) has quit his job and I had to use the spare toner. Unfortunately, the printing result is abysmal! The cartridge throw tons of toner on the roller and in the printer housing and lubricates a veil over the entire sheet. Printouts are not usable! I have the toner and the printer now sucked several times and cleaned but it varies not much.
Must now probably but to bite the bullet and buy the expensive original.
