Poor quality or Monday Product

Trolley was delivered fairly quickly and looked at first glance really good. Unfortunately, the handle did not pull out on adults Bigger. So a pull-behind would have been possible just a bent position or in slight crouch, what does not make sense, otherwise I would have opted for a simple travel bag.
