Poor reviews for me incomprehensible !!!

So I absolutely can not understand the sometimes very negative remarks about this receiver. Either the disappointed reviewers Monday appliances have caught or the problems listed were resolved or by one or more firmware updates, and so I will definitely offend anyone, the claims may be somewhat screwed too high. When I received the unit two days ago, I updated the firmware after unpacking and connecting the first action. Meanwhile, I have me several hours grappled with the device tried everything multiple times and come to the conclusion that the receiver is great.

Otherwise, I refer to my review of XORO HRS8810 (see link below), because the two receivers in terms of equipment, handling and scope are very similar.
