Portions freeze

The material is sturdy but flexible enough for easy release and we do not see in the picture but it comes with a rigid support to avoid spilling water everywhere when moved between the tap and freezer. The format seems suitable for any size freezer for the larger one can surely put two side by side on a floor.

I have not bought for making ice but to make portions to freeze when I cook.
It allows portioning of cooked food in advance, especially sauces, to make a large amount and thaw as the number of person. Personally, I use it for food for my cat (for those who know barf). The ice pitches are large enough, a bit more than standard ice so it is more suitable for this type of use than real ice.

If you really want to make ice cubes with it can be used for decorative ice cubes for cocktails with fruit inside: raspberry, orange peel, cherries, etc.
