Bought on the recommendation of a well-known TV chef for a product test with several fleshpots the pot. Were promised no hot grips and no sticking of the meat during roasting. My conclusion - the handle of the lid could not be touched without potholders. The meat was barely in the pot already, it hung there on fixed - so nothing of clinging for no more. I can take my old and especially favorable pot which has at least everywhere plastic handles and can be touched without danger there when cooking. The pot is now back yet.
