I bought the stick because I was able to get (15 euros) it in the local trade for narrow money. The new stick I checked with H2testw v1.4 and get the following readings:

Write rate: 10.9 MB / s
Read rate: 27.8 MB / s

No rocket, but a lot faster than many other low-Stick. The plastic housing feels not just wertig, but the locking mechanism seems to work properly. For durability, I can not make any statements. If you get him low seems to be a good buy the stick.
