Perhaps even more interesting, the operating costs:
I've measured it. The device consumes at full operation (the unit starts up at power up, so takes about 30 seconds until it runs at maximum) approximately 26 watts (+ - 0.5 Watt).
When I run the unit for an entire day, ie 24 hours are at the end of 0.624 kWh. In an Average Price of approximately 19 cents per kWh, which is about 12 cents.
Extrapolated to 365 days, so LASTING Betrieg over the whole year were the 43.80. So is all OK. Obviously, no one will allow the unit to run permanently, so I'll gladly run times for 6 hours the unit.
Summary:
- Robust device
- Effective in spaces up to 10m²
- About 50ml per hour (50ml water in vapor form are a great deal for a small room, so that's good)
- Operating costs are good, only 26 watts in operation
- Price is ok
- Very easy to empty the water tank
- No accessories or the like needed water tank must be emptied only repeatedly
Therefore 5 stars.
