In the construction of a USB Hubs should indeed expect absolute standard mass waiting today.
However, manufacturers do not always read the USB standards.

This hub has 4 ports and a power supply. That's ok, but it has only 1000 mA at 5V. A USB2.0 port but must provide up to 500mA, ie it can not all ports are fully loaded here.
For example, if the phone is charging and still a 2.5 "hard drive is to be operated, this is not working.

The power supply has simply half the power, because 2Ampere should be able to deliver it at a maximum.

Therefore unfortunately not useful for my purpose, must umschaun me for a stroke with 2A power supply.

Too bad that the today still such devices are saving without notice.
