I own this Rowenta RO 4520 for a little over a year April 19, 2010 (hey, coincidentally) purchased on this site 173.80 and the drive is locked in full power. not easy getting to this room that I can change myself. if anyone knows I'm interested intelligence. In the end, disappointed by this brand and it seems that this is a known defect in this unit.
