The assembly is (remember dowels) very simple and with few holes sat the first plate to the wall.
The second plate is screwed directly to the monitor. Thanks to the many holes several standard holes can be mapped.
At the end of the two plates are inserted into each other and can be directly connected to each other with screws. These screws have however not fit with me (this bore was faulty) so I did not do so. Nevertheless, the device keeps properly to the wall and does what it should.
The metal plates are well made, except for the drill holes for fixing what I find personally tragic. The weight of the holder is neat, ie anchors should be used for masonry (plasterboard wall with me) in any case.
