This clip is very good geeinet for mounting flashguns and easy mounting on all kinds of places. You can open the terminal more than 5 cm wide, which is enough for mounting on doors, backs of chairs or on the tripod. The clip is pretty small and handy. The clamping force is sufficient for larger heavy flash units. The ball head is a little small but still quite useful. The only complaint is the "toxic" smell that the rubber strong exhales in the first few days. In my copy of the stench but has largely dissipated (banished to the balcony) for a week.
This clip is certainly practical to use - in stark contrast to the model with gooseneck.
