Veilleicht no 500lm, but definitely a good performance. I run the lamp used Li-Ion batteries 18650 (2000 mAh), which I have removed from a "broken Notebook Battery Pack". At least 2 hours so they can be used almost without reducing the luminosity, then she goes back slowly. The rubuste housing has also been proven: It has fallen several times from about 1 to 1.5 m above the pavement. A few scratches, but the lamp will continue to operate.
The headband, as well as the flashing function is dispensable features.
