In addition to the low price, the biggest advantage of these boards, is sure the dishwasher suitability. Particularly for fish and meat I take rather "plastic" than wood. Although wooden boards to have an antibacterial effect because of its tannins, (regular and microwave use germicidal), a better feeling I have in this regard with the plastic boards.
Not to be sneezed at, is the slip resistance of the boards. I was skeptical but it actually works.
The darker side remote parts of the Cutting Boards are rubberized on front and back and suck firmly downright. They are more firmly established in any case on the countertop, compared to a wooden board.
Sophisticated is the recess on the right side. Practically attack and space-saving hang. I hang the boards on a hook strip on the wall and also yields a decorative colorful element in the kitchen.
My boards are pink, yellow and green colors and by the traces are more visible than on wood. They are now with me for some time in use and have proved as very suggestive, the incisions are but obvious, (for my knife remained still pretty sharp). Presumably, if you want this largely camouflage optics, namely those operated not immune, but better with the purchase of a white board.
Color losses through the dishwasher could not be found.
(One word of juice channel:. Negligible The board is just 8mm thick, the rubber sides to 11 mm, as is inevitably not a lot of depth on the Rinne.Ist for me now but not a criterion that would justify a points deduction.)
I am very pleased with this Kauf.Meine expectations were met, they should after some time really no longer be handsome, they renewed them. The price is really not an issue.
For a snack, however the long-standing Holzbrett'ln be brought out. It's tastes twice as good.
