I have the Fissler Finecut gained due to the many positive reviews and I was the first month very satisfied. The Finecut crushed daily my cereal fruit (apple / pear / banana) and occasionally for sautéing onion and soup vegetables. He impresses with its rapid deployment and rapid cleaning. The cutting performance was initially excellent (probably caused the most cheers reviews during this period), but after one month took noticeably.
Hard vegetables was hard to cut soft vegetables was more than cut smashed. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to sharpen thin, elastic blades. I was able to improve the cutting performance after several sharpening attempts, from its initial form, the Finecut but clearly removed.
It would be desirable if Fissler would improve the maintainability of the blades.
