I bought the phone for a member who has so shaky hands that he can not use any mobile phone. With a touch screen he comes not at all clear. When I consider me the price of handsets below 30, I can only say that it is this very well made. It has a simple plastic case, but that does not creak. The buttons do not wobble and have a defined pressure point and good damping. The menu is of course easy, which facilitates the operation for undemanding people, but this has everything you need. Especially handy I find the charger. The speech intelligibility is good. Overall it is a very good phone for elderly or disabled people or someone who likes simple and good has.
