There are cons by no leaflet in case here are some explanations after my use:
1) choose the adapter that matches its caliper piston (following different spacings of lugs models)
2) place after the worm on the other side and put the metal plate (two templates) that will build on the bracket to pressure
3) turn the hand grip end screw (left or right depending on the case, the two types of screws are provided) which pushes the piston caliper, and occasionally up the slack by tightening the nut that presses the metal plate
FYI I used this product on a 2002 Audi A4 and less than 5 minutes the piston was pushed in
