Practical unit, recommended!

A few years ago we have around us plagued with a pasta machine, the "knead" the dough and should press the pasta through a die. It was a single fiasco - although the machine was about 300 Euros. Exasperated, we have the equipment passed.

The Marcato 08 0155 12 00 Pasta Machine Atlas engine, however, it was a pleasure to roll the previously prepared dough and let finally cut into perfect pasta. Those who enjoy so doing, the was recommended this device.
