Compatible dishwasher safe, ergonomic and pleasant with its soft touch, she foam fine food. I find that it takes a bit more space compared to some skimmers, but considering its quality and durability, this is understandable. I have never been disappointed with the Tefal range that is an excellent brand and lasts long ... I also bought the reference "Tefal K0671414 Comfort Touch Spatula long" and much satisfied.
