Very easy but big worry.
I made three steps away, without moving or tighten the device. 18/9 first voltage measurement at rest. Like not very normal, it redone to be on a second measure (taken in stride) 10/6, bizarre weird orthe, we rebuilt a third to check, 13/8 ...
So either I have a voltage that varies dramatically in the space of 30 seconds, there is to be a small problem to the extent ...
Given the price I was not expecting a watchmaker's precision but still!
I do not recommend, unless both just a fault.
