The first points were important to us as parents. The design played (unfortunately) a very significant role because the daughter child had sat down with her 3 years in the head to want to have a booster seat and therefore a little persuasion was necessary. Ultimately, we fluctuated between a Cybex-seat and that of the Romans.
Cybex (Pallas X-fix with safety pillow and Solution X-fix without cushions) we have in the other car. The also has a sofa position, but who goes first, very strict to not set (and is certainly not fallen asleep while the child) and, secondly, brings only a very slight change in position (Popo comes slightly forward). So we were looking forward to the Romans, because it saw in the description as if would also adjust the backrest in the sleeping position.
After delivery, we note the following:
+ Design and processing prima
+ Seat is fairly easy and can be installed well, both with and without Isofix
+ Child sits comfortably, the seat belt is good (if a little fiddly at the neck)
- The manual is not particularly great. But one needs actually only the 1st time.
However, what is annoying: the sleeping position are nowhere under circumstances! Namely, it consists only of the backrest, in which one can release the lock. For cars with an adjustable backrest, you can lie the child flat then. Did the fact many cars? Ours is not, and therefore there is no sleeping position.
Conclusion: the seat is perfectly fine and as usual Romans Quality. Only from the sleeping position should not expect too much you.
In a direct comparison is mE the Cybex Solution X-fix is a little better (LSP system, adjustable headrest) and the time of purchase was this also considerably cheaper.
