With 189 cm I'm not a dwarf, but the legs get in the highest seat position does not come close to the 90 °

The chair is quite shaky, although all the screws are tightened.

Probably one can not expect more for this price, too bad only that something is apparent in a test as the test winner.
How does this come about is beyond me.
