The connectors are to be very pretty, but they are much larger than expected (compared with 1-pieces) and much less having worked as in the picture.
In addition, the plug wire back so long that these earrings are the most comfortable to wear etc with jug ears and without caps. For all other supporting ways you have to have reservations to be angespießt of the plugs on /
