The fence is exactly as described. I have therefore the railing of my balcony Cat securely fenced so that my cat can not jump down and run away. The fence is virtually invisible from the outside, so I get no problems with the property management company.
It is the second fence I have attached in this way. The first fence held for 10 years and after having now ansetzte some rust he was now replaced. My love animals and enjoy the extra freedom to watch the action in the garden through the fence.
