The display is very clear, good size and also looks good. Temperature display what I think is great. Initially had considerable problems with reception next to TV and laptop. Have the unit are now in a shelf, because the radio time signal was received immediately. All in all, the device for that price is pretty unbeatable. On the back there are also two indentations for nails for hanging, but it looks as desk clock also great.
Believe that you generally only get radio clocks made of plastic on Amazon. one of robust aluminum or metal parts would be great, but certainly more cost accordingly then. And compliance with the proximity to TV / laptop is as a general warning for radio controlled clock on the radio transmitter Wikipedia page (DCF-77).
Conclusion: If you're looking for is not something more robust, very satisfying! Setting up at least NEN half a meter of TV / laptop away.
