Now I have finally managed after a long Evaluate to generate a meaningful wired remote control and can say that the purchase was worth. For the price this thing is doing absolutely what it should. Time-lapse, timer recording, etc. everything works as expected. Even a manual is (english). Screen backlight also there and the key beep can be turned off. As rolling out the remote control with 2 AAA batteries, not with weak capacity button cell, which I personally find super. There are basically really can not fault it, except the operating quality eg the shutter release button, whereby this is perfectly acceptable for the price. You can tell just that the thing is not like the original part of the Canon has cost 144 euros. From me so definitely a buy recommendation!
