Price / performance right; Service top

An amazingly good product for relatively little money. Although - as other reviewers mentioned - assembly instruction is missing, it's me have been possible even with less pronounced practical skills to mount the top case. The included assembly material makes a very thoughtful impression: plates, nuts, bolts, washers, lock washers - and more. The metal screw that secures top case with base plate, can be folded down so that the top case no space is lost. The lock is easy to use.

The part I have described, I received from heliconwear in exchange, as had struck the castle in the original model. In addition, the exchange model was far better mounting hardware while (apparently a revised version). My complaint was handled easily, quickly and extremely friendly from heliconwear. They sat down with me even twice by phone. With the new top case also a return slip for free returning the defective model has been sent.

In summary: A top case, where the price / performance ratio absolutely is okay and a great service from heliconwear!
