Sure there are better TV wall brackets, but not for the price. The holder comes with all fasteners (screws, plugs, etc.) for all possible cases, because even more than enough left over.
All in all, it takes a bit for 1-2 hours around the television on to get to the wall and should finally
two people to tackle the advance even for two firmly bolted wall bracket mount to the TV.
The minimum distance from the wall is about 10 cm - for Philips TV with Ambilight especially recommended.
