Price-performance tip, small minuses - Good customer service

I have the support of course unpacked immediately. The holder is built very heavy and stable.

When trying to secure the support arms on the TV (37 "Panasonic) is, unfortunately, I have noticed that fit none of the supplied mounting screws on my LCD. So off to the hardware store and get the matching.

While the built-in level seems something to measure, but not the horizontal, but I have now, since the holder hanging on the wall, and the TV is unfortunately slightly wrong (I have naturally a right spirit level placed on the wall plate, and which is now or horizontally on the wall. Unfortunately, the panel on the TV does not hang horizontally !! :-(), I know I am probably better for the built-in bubble level to align could. Addendum to review after two years (november 2012):

We got ourselves a new TV, and have now switched from 37 "to 42", unexpected problems have been encountered:

The holding rails which are screwed to the TV set were too short !! And, although the mount for TVs up to 42 "was advertised.
However, it was not possible to assemble these rails to the device as the maximum distance 31 cm, but I for 42 "TV at a distance of 40 cm need (VESA standard 400-400).
I have sent an email via Amazon to the seller, and asked if there was anything changed with the rails. Lo and behold, the rails were adjusted to the new VESA standard of 400 mm.
The seller could also make me a great deal, and has given me the opportunity to acquire only the new rails. So I was able to save me, to replace the bracket with a new one.
The new rails are now also arrived, and fit perfectly.
