1. Display is as described, underwhelming. For normal use absolutely ok, elaborate games or image editing I would not want to make diesm Lenovo.
2. cover not torsion (the usual waves), but can be solid and closing and opening without wobbling, but when I hit from behind on the cover, I see on the other side of my finger. As I do so rarely, that bothers me is not really, but it should possibly be an indication, the Lenovo pack appropriately during transportation.
3. The drive bugging me something: either I hear it hardly, or I have a feeling that explodes the same computer. Have not gotten behind why that is. Most reaches a very slight change in position / minimum skew and it is good again.
4. The sound, as mentioned several times, not just mind-boggling.
5. The rubberised exterior: I was already prepared for the worst after I had read the reviews here, but everything so bad. Yes, it's vulnerable spot, the same goes for the screen surround, but the touchpad works espite this coating fine (and I hate touchpads!).
6. The connections on the right side, I find located a bit unfortunate. I have a mouse with Kabe Lund have to be careful when opening the drive that the mouse cable and / or the cable for the power supply do not collide with the expulsion. I know that but also of other, more expensive models, it's a matter of getting used.
Very pleasant I find the keyboard. I use the Lenovo a lot of word processing and am very satisfied. The pressure point is ok, a separate numeric keypad is also available (though somewhat stocky).
Among the recurring gripes in terms of Windows 8:
a) you can buy the device without an operating system and then install the system themselves of their choice (let).
b) I'm really layman, but had just as I want it within 10 minutes Windows, with the usual desktop view. Who the Start button is missing, it gives my knowledge as freeware for download. Otherwise, as Tip: Press Windows key and i and you've got among other things the control panel and the on / off switch or standby mode.
