"Incompatible cartridge Black" Unfortunately, right after the installation in the printer. After tip by the seller cartridge with paper towel and glass cleaner wiped (contact pads and ink output, you should not touch the ink output rather). Has brought nothing. Cartridge returned back get money completely.
