I just bought the new camera model HERO 4 SILVER and ...
I never managed to wail on.
I joined the support site GoPro mail: impossible to have a real person facing you or find a place that ensures
SAV.
I made a dozen times precisely what I was advised to do and the problems have only worsened:
Unable to reload the software: the camera locks with BUSY display and is no longer possible to do anything.
Only solution to stop the camera heats: removing the battery.
I am a GoPro user since April 2010, having been one of the first camera Hero and Hero 2, then the Hero 3 Black
and then I say that I lost me almost 500 to nothing (Camera Price PLUS the new accessories purchased from Amazon: batteries, etc) and unfortunately nothing to expect from GoPro ...
