After installing KIS 2015, the online banking no longer functioned as usual. In the past, entries have been made by me on the Bank's website, the card is inserted into the reader, the reading on the screen scrolling bar code, thereby pressed some keys and that was it. By passing through the bar code works now no more. It is probably the bar code on Kaspersky changed and is no longer readable by the reader. Since I have the reader already replaced 2 times, it is working properly with the tablet and also worked before installing KIS2015 (with KIS2014) on the computer - I see as an error source virus scanner. A (desired by customer service) as reinstalling brought no improvement and I have the TAN now still produce manually - thanks KASPERSKY. The customer service is there rather not so bright, not so helpful. Only the message that my request will be deleted - because the time limit has expired - is regularly ---- it works excellently Kaspersky. Works well automatically - HI. The assessments at AMAZON show the KIS2015 not properly run and the customer service is probably not up to its task. I have this virus scanners installed on the recommendation of Computer Bild - so we no longer happen.
