Just because me the cost of this product is too high, I do not send the ball back. The ball is processed extremely bad at the seams. There are over Kunststoffwülste that come up the ball while on the ground a give unpredictable direction. Likewise, I think the ball for playing with toddlers for NOT SUITABLE as-mentioned seams very hard and for a toddler even are so sharp that it can lead to injuries in the worst case even!
