Positives:
- Perfectly designed and adapted to the tablet (being an original product, it would be remarkable)
- Product resistant, transparent (it is totally forgotten)
- Its glossy surface allows the S-Pen to slide with ease on the screen (the pleasure of freehand writing remains unsolved)
- Easy maintenance, do not trap dust,
Negative points:
- Difficult to apply on the shelf without some fateful trap air bubbles between the protective film and the surface of the device (this defect is common to all brands and all products)
- The price is decidedly too high even if the price has dropped to 18.
Finally, the product is absolutely well made and of good quality. But the price is high enough (Samsung has managed to emulate Apple even in this area). However, an original product ensures perfect compatibility with the tablet. The choice of the protective film is not to underestimate. Indeed, direct its choice towards a product of another cheaper brand sometimes some surprises: insufficiently transparent film, many bubbles imprisonment sensitivity problem and therefore recognition of the S-Pen. In sum, this remark is for you to judge.
Regarding the problem of bubbles, with a little care and patience we manage to limit the number. Of course, it will never happen to have a screen without. But with the plastic card that provides the producer, you come to a good result (important thing: micro persistent bubbles are not seen when the screen is on). To clean the screen, a tissue (tissue type) moistened with a little water is more than enough (so you can avoid buying specific products that often cost an unjustified fortune); attention, paper towels should be avoided because in the long run it causes micro-scratches.
Finally a few tips and tricks:
- For the most recalcitrant bubbles, you can use a credit card. Being more rigid, the result is all the more convincing, but beware of the pressure map on the screen (if you print too much force, it may scratch the film);
- For a good result, to be applied in one piece if possible not too dusty and avoid if possible to remove the film for you to try several times (micro-bubbles are often caused by dust that inevitably stick to the film and settle on the screen).
With that I wish you good shopping. Good luck to all ... E-Customer
